Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It functions as a topic-marker (anukramaṇikā) pointing the reader toward sacred geography: holy kṣetras and tīrthas, the liberating symbolism of the Mukti-maṇḍapa, the Lord’s glory as Viśveśa, and the disciplined practice of pilgrimage-circuits that purify and orient the mind toward mokṣa.
By highlighting Viśveśa’s vibhava (divine majesty) and the practice of yātrā-parikrama, it implies bhakti expressed through reverent movement, remembrance, and darśana at tīrthas—devotion embodied as worshipful travel and circumambulation centered on the Lord.
Ritual-practice guidance is implied: tīrtha-yātrā procedures (parikramā, darśana order, and kṣetra etiquette) align with Kalpa-style practical dharma, even though this verse itself is a synopsis rather than a detailed manual.
