न जाने स प्रधानो मे शूरहस्ती सदामदः ।
मम वैरिवशं यातः कान् भोगानुपलप्स्यते ॥
na jāne sa pradhāno me śūra-hastī sadā-madaḥ |
mama vairi-vaśaṃ yātaḥ kān bhogān upalapsyate ||
«ខ្ញុំមិនដឹងថា ដំរីចម្បងរបស់ខ្ញុំ—ក្លាហាន និងស្ថិតក្នុងសភាពក្តៅគគុកជានិច្ច—នឹងទទួលបានសុខសប្បាយអ្វីខ្លះ ឥឡូវដែលវាបានធ្លាក់ក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់សត្រូវរបស់ខ្ញុំ»។
Bondage is subtle: concern extends beyond self to one’s assets and dependents; without discernment, even compassion can be entangled with ‘mine-ness’.
