Adhyaya 26 — Madālasa Names Alarka and Reorients Him Toward Kshatriya Duty
भूतैर्भूतानि मृद्यन्ते अमूर्तो मृद्यते कथम् /
क्रोधादीनां पृथग्भावात् कल्पनेयं निरर्थिका
bhūtair bhūtāni mṛdyante amūrto mṛdyate katham | krodhādīnāṃ pṛthagbhāvāt kalpaneyaṃ nirarthikā ||
«សត្វមានជីវិតត្រូវបានបំផ្លាញដោយសត្វមានជីវិត; តើអរូបី (គ្មានទម្រង់) នឹងត្រូវបំផ្លាញដូចម្តេច? ព្រោះកំហឹង និងអ្វីៗដូច្នោះ មានជាស្ថានភាពដាច់ដោយឡែក នេះគ្រាន់តែជាការស្រមៃ—គ្មានន័យពិតប្រាកដឡើយ»
