Shloka 12
युधिछिर उवाच अरणीसहितं यस्य मृगो हयादाय गच्छति । तस्याग्नयो न लुप्येरन् प्रथमो5स्तु वरो मम
Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: araṇī-sahitaṃ yasya mṛgo hayādāya gacchati | tasyāgnayo na lupyeran prathamo 'stu varo mama ||
យុធិષ્ઠិរ បាននិយាយថា៖ «ព្រះអម្ចាស់ដ៏គួរគោរព! ពរដំបូងរបស់ខ្ញុំគឺនេះ៖ សូមឲ្យភ្លើងបូជាសក្ការៈរបស់ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍នោះ មិនរលត់ ឬខានពិធីឡើយ—អ្នកដែលឈើខួងភ្លើង (អរ៉ណី) រួមទាំងសេះ ត្រូវសត្វម្រឹគយករត់ទៅ។ សូមកុំឲ្យពិធីអគ្និហោត្រប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់គាត់ខានឡើយ»។
