रूपवान् सुभगो दान्त: सत्यवादी जितेन्द्रिय: । दानमानगृहीतश्न कार्यो भवति वाचक:
rūpavān subhago dāntaḥ satyavādī jitendriyaḥ | dānamānagṛhītaś ca kāryo bhavati vācakaḥ ||
វៃសម្បាយនៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «អ្នកដែលមានរូបសម្បត្តិ និងសំណាងល្អ មានការអត់ធ្មត់ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងខ្លួន ជាអ្នកនិយាយសច្ចៈ និងជាម្ចាស់លើឥន្ទ្រីយ៍—បុរសប្រាជ្ញាបែបនេះ ដែលបានគេគោរព និងគាំទ្រដោយទាន និងកិត្តិយស គួរត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជាវាចក (អ្នកបរិយាយ)»។
