राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्

संविभज्य यदा भूड्क्ते नामात्यानवमन्यते । निहन्ति बलिन दृप्तं स राज्ञो धर्म उच्यते
Translation
ព្រះមហាក្សត្រដែលចែកចាយឲ្យត្រឹមត្រូវ ហើយទើបសោយប្រយោជន៍ដោយខ្លួនឯង មិនមើលងាយមន្ត្រីទេ ហើយបំផ្លាញបុរសអាក្រក់ ឬសត្រូវដែលក្រអឺតក្រទមដោយអំណាច—ការប្រព្រឹត្តទាំងនេះហៅថា «រាជធម៌» របស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ។
