एकव्स्त्रा प्ररुदती मुक्तकेशी रजस्वला । शोणितेनाक्तवसना द्रौपदी वाक्यमब्रवीत्,द्रौपदीके शरीरपर एक ही वस्त्र था, उसके बाल खुले हुए थे, वह रजस्वला थी और उसके कपड़ोंमें रक्त (रज)-का दाग लगा हुआ था, उसने रोते हुए यह बात कही थी
ekavastrā prarudatī muktakeśī rajasvalā | śoṇitenāktavasanā draupadī vākyam abravīt |
វិទុរៈបាននិយាយថា៖ ដ្រៅបទីពាក់តែសម្លៀកបំពាក់តែមួយ កំពុងយំ សក់រលុង ហើយស្ថិតក្នុងរដូវរបស់នាង—សម្លៀកបំពាក់មានស្នាមឈាម—នាងបាននិយាយពាក្យទាំងនេះ។ ទិដ្ឋភាពនេះបង្ហាញពីការបំពានយ៉ាងធ្ងន់លើកិត្តិយស និងធម៌ ពេលស្ត្រីម្នាក់ត្រូវបានអាម៉ាស់មុខជាសាធារណៈក្នុងសភារាជវាំង ធ្វើឲ្យរាជសភាក្លាយជាសាក្សីនៃអធម៌។
