बभूव तत्र सैन्यानां शब्द: सुविपुलो निशि । उस रात्रिके समय दौड़ते, भागते और पुनः लौटते हुए सैनिकोंका महान् कोलाहल सुनायी पड़ता था
babhūva tatra sainyānāṃ śabdaḥ suvipulo niśi |
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ នៅទីនោះ ក្នុងពេលរាត្រី សម្លេងរំខានដ៏ធំបានកើតឡើងក្នុងកងទ័ព—សូរស័ព្ទលាន់ឮលើសលប់នៃទាហានរត់ គេច ហើយបត់ត្រឡប់មកវិញម្ដងទៀត។ ទិដ្ឋភាពនោះបង្ហាញភាពរអាក់រអួលនៃចិត្តធម៌ដែលភ្ជាប់ជាមួយសង្គ្រាមពេលយប់៖ ភ័យខ្លាច ភាន់ច្រឡំ និងការរលាយបាត់នៃវិន័យក្នុងកណ្ដាលអំពើហិង្សា។
