धृष्टद्युम्नो5पि समरे धर्मराजानम भ्ययात् । ततः प्रववृते युद्ध तुमुलं लोमहर्षणम्
sañjaya uvāca | dhṛṣṭadyumno 'pi samare dharmarājānam abhyayāt | tataḥ pravavṛte yuddhaṃ tumulaṃ lomaharṣaṇam |
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយថា៖ ធ្រឹෂ្ដទ្យុម្នផងដែរ នៅកណ្ដាលសមរភូមិ បានចូលទៅរកធម្មរាជ (យុធិષ્ઠិរ)។ បន្ទាប់មក សង្គ្រាមដ៏រញ្ជួយ ធ្វើឲ្យរោមឈរ បានផ្ទុះឡើងយ៉ាងខ្លាំង—គួរឱ្យខ្លាចដោយអំណាចរបស់វា—បង្ហាញពីកំហឹងកើនឡើងនៃសង្គ្រាម និងទម្ងន់សីលធម៌ដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ដែលអ្នកប្រយុទ្ធក្រោមទង់ធម្មត្រូវទទួល។
