भीष्मस्य शरवर्षः — Bhīṣma’s Arrow-Storm and Kṛṣṇa’s Impulse to Intervene
पाण्डवा: समरे शूरा: स्थिता युद्धाय दंशिता: । इस प्रकार शूरवीर पाण्डव भी समरांगणमें अत्यन्त दुर्जय महाव्यूहकी रचना करके कवच बाँध युद्धके लिये तैयार थे
pāṇḍavāḥ samare śūrāḥ sthitā yuddhāya daṃśitāḥ |
សញ្ជ័យបាននិយាយ៖ ពួកបណ្ឌវៈ—វីរបុរសក្នុងសមរភូមិ—ឈរមាំមួនលើទីវាលសង្គ្រាម ដោយសព្វអាវុធ និងចិត្តមុតមាំចង់ប្រយុទ្ធ។ ពួកគេបានរៀបចំមហាវ្យូហៈដ៏លំបាកឈ្នះមួយ ហើយចងគ្រឿងកាវចឲ្យរឹងមាំ រួចត្រៀមខ្លួនចូលសង្គ្រាម ដោយបង្ហាញវិន័យនៃការត្រៀមខ្លួនក្រោមភារកិច្ចធម៌ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធ។
