Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
ददृशुः कृत्तिकास्तं तु बालार्कसदृशद्युतिम् । पुत्रं वै ताश्न तं बाल॑ पुपुषु: स्तन््यविस््रवै:
dadṛśuḥ kṛttikās taṃ tu bālārka-sadṛśa-dyutim | putraṃ vai tās tu taṃ bālaṃ pupuṣuḥ stanya-visravaiḥ ||
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ ក្រុមតារាក្រឹត្តិកាបានឃើញកុមារនោះមានពន្លឺរុងរឿង ដូចព្រះអាទិត្យកំពុងរះ។ ពួកនាងទទួលយកគាត់ជាកូនរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយបំបៅដោយទឹកដោះពីទ្រូងដែលហូរចេញ ដើម្បីចិញ្ចឹមលូតលាស់—ជារូបភាពនៃការអាណិតអាសូរ និងការការពារដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ ដែលគាំទ្រធម៌នៃការថែទាំអ្នកអសមត្ថ។
