Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
रुद्रस्तु तेजो5प्रतिमं धारयामास वै तदा । प्रस्कन्नं तु ततस्तस्मात् किंचित्तत्रापतद् भुवि
rudras tu tejo 'pratimaṃ dhārayāmāsa vai tadā | praskannaṃ tu tatas tasmāt kiñcit tatrāpatad bhuvi ||
ភីṣ្មៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «នៅពេលនោះ រុទ្រៈបានទប់ស្កាត់ពន្លឺដ៏មិនមានអ្វីប្រៀបបាន (វីរយៈ) របស់ព្រះអង្គយ៉ាងពិតប្រាកដ។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា មានផ្នែកតូចមួយបានរអិលចេញ ហើយធ្លាក់ចុះនៅទីនោះលើផែនដី។»
