Gavāṃ Māhātmya — Go-dāna, Yajña-ādhāra, and Goloka
Brahmā–Indra–Surabhi Itihāsa
समानवत्सां कृष्णां तु धेनुं दत््वा पयस्विनीम् । सुव्रतां वस्त्रसंवीतामग्निलोके महीयते
samānavatsāṃ kṛṣṇāṃ tu dhenuṃ dattvā payasvinīm | suvratāṃ vastrasaṃvītām agniloke mahīyate ||
វសិષ્ઠៈបានមានពាក្យថា៖ អ្នកណាដែលបរិច្ចាគគោពណ៌ខ្មៅដែលមានទឹកដោះច្រើន ដោយមានកូនគោពណ៌ដូចគ្នាជាមួយ ហើយគោនោះមានសីលធម៌ល្អ ត្រូវបានគ្របដោយក្រណាត់យ៉ាងសមរម្យ នោះអ្នកនោះនឹងទទួលបានកិត្តិយស និងឋានៈខ្ពស់នៅក្នុងលោករបស់អគ្គិ (Agni-loka)។
