On the Fruits of Austerity and Giving
पश्य भद्ठे यथा भावाश्षित्रा दृष्टा: सुदुर्लभा: । प्रसादाद् भगुमुख्यस्य किमन्यत्र तपोबलात्
paśya bhadre yathā bhāvāś citrā dṛṣṭāḥ sudurlabhāḥ | prasādād bhṛgumukhyasya kim anyatra tapobalāt ||
ភីષ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ ស្ត្រីមានគុណ! ចូរមើល—ការបង្ហាញដ៏អស្ចារ្យ និងកម្រណាស់ទាំងនេះ បានឲ្យយើងឃើញហើយ។ តើទិដ្ឋភាពបែបនេះនឹងកើតពីណា បើមិនមែនដោយព្រះគុណរបស់អ្នកដ៏ប្រសើរបំផុតក្នុងវង្សភ្រឹគុ? តើអ្វីទៀតអាចផ្តល់បាន បើមិនមែនអំណាចដែលកើតពីតបៈ?»
