Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
महापुण्यां च गगनात् पतन्तीं वै महेश्वर: । दधार शिरसा गड्जां तामेव दिवि सेवते,भगवान् महेश्वरने आकाशसे गिरती हुई परम पवित्र गंगाजीको सिरपर धारण किया, उन्हींका वे स्वर्गमें सेवन करते हैं
mahāpuṇyāṃ ca gaganāt patantīṃ vai maheśvaraḥ | dadhāra śirasā gaṅgāṃ tāmeva divi sevate ||
ព្រះគង្គាដ៏មានបុណ្យធំ និងបរិសុទ្ធយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដែលធ្លាក់ចុះពីមេឃ—ព្រះមហេស្វរ (ភគវាន) បានទទួលទ្រទ្រង់លើព្រះសិរ្សា។ សូម្បីនៅស្ថានសួគ៌ ព្រះអង្គក៏គោរពបម្រើ និងទទួលទានទឹកគង្គានោះដដែល ដោយបង្ហាញអំណាចនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងខ្លួន និងការបរិសុទ្ធ ដែលទ្រទ្រង់អ្វីដែលសុចរិត និងមានប្រយោជន៍ដល់លោកទាំងឡាយ។
