यथा पाण्डो: सुता राज॑स्तथैव तव धर्मत: । तान् पालय स्थितो धर्मे गुरुशुश्रूषणे रतान्
yathā pāṇḍoḥ sutā rājas tathaiva tava dharmataḥ | tān pālaya sthito dharme guruśuśrūṣaṇe ratān |
ភីෂ្មៈមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ! ដូចដែលពួកគេជាកូនប្រុសរបស់បណ្ឌុ ដូច្នោះដែរ—តាមមាត្រដ្ឋាននៃធម៌—ពួកគេក៏ជាកូនរបស់ព្រះអង្គផង។ ពួកគេតែងតែឧស្សាហ៍ក្នុងការបម្រើគ្រូចាស់ទុំ។ ដូច្នេះ សូមព្រះអង្គឈរជាប់ក្នុងធម៌ ហើយអភិរក្សថែទាំពួកគេដូចជាកូនប្រុសរបស់ព្រះអង្គឯង»។
