लोकपालोडन््तर्तितात्मा प्रसादो हयगर्दभि: । पवित्र च महांश्नैव नियमो नियमाश्रित:
lokapālo ’ntarhitātmā prasādo hayagardabhiḥ | pavitraṃ ca mahāṃś caiva niyamo niyamāśritaḥ ||
ព្រះវាយុមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ព្រះអង្គជាអ្នកអភិរក្សលោកទាំងឡាយ ដំណើរទៅមកក្នុងរូបអស្ចារ្យមើលមិនឃើញ ពោរពេញដោយព្រះហឫទ័យស្ងប់សុខ និងព្រះគុណដ៏ល្អប្រសើរ។ ព្រះអង្គជិះរថដែលចងដោយសេះ និងលា។ ព្រះអង្គបរិសុទ្ធ និងគួរឲ្យគោរពយ៉ាងខ្លាំង; អាចឈានដល់បានដោយការអនុវត្តវិន័យដូចជា ភាពស្អាត និងសេចក្តីសន្តោស ហើយព្រះអង្គផ្ទាល់ជាគ្រឹះ និងជាទីពឹងរបស់វិន័យទាំងនោះ»។
