अजुन उवाच जीवाम्यहं ब्राह्मणार्थ सर्वथा सततं प्रभो | ब्रह्माण्यो ब्राह्मणेभ्यश्ष प्रणणमामि च नित्यश:
arjuna uvāca jīvāmy ahaṃ brāhmaṇārthaṃ sarvathā satataṃ prabho | brahmaṇyo brāhmaṇebhyaś ca praṇamāmi ca nityaśaḥ ||
អរជុនបាននិយាយ៖ ព្រះអម្ចាស់អើយ! ខ្ញុំរក្សាជីវិតរបស់ខ្ញុំគ្រប់វិធី និងគ្រប់ពេល ដើម្បីប្រយោជន៍ដល់ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ទាំងឡាយ។ ខ្ញុំស្មោះស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះអ្វីដែលសក្ការៈ និងព្រហ្មណិកៈ ហើយរាល់ថ្ងៃខ្ញុំកោតគោរពក្បាលចុះចំពោះព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍។
