दम्पत्यो: समशीलत्वं धर्म: स्याद् गृहमेधिन: । गृह्माणां चैव देवानां नित्यपुष्पबलिक्रिया
dampatyoḥ samaśīlatvaṃ dharmaḥ syād gṛhamedhinaḥ | gṛhyāṇāṃ caiva devānāṃ nityapuṣpabalikriyā ||
ព្រះមហាទេវៈមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «សម្រាប់អ្នកគ្រហស្ថ ធម៌គឺឲ្យប្តីប្រពន្ធមានអាកប្បកិរិយា និងចរិតសមស្របសមរម្យ ស្របគ្នា។ ហើយចំពោះទេវតាដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងផ្ទះ គួរធ្វើពិធីបូជាប្រចាំថ្ងៃ—ថ្វាយផ្កា និងបាលិ (អាហារថ្វាយ)—ឲ្យបានទៀងទាត់»។
