Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
दण्डी छत्री च कुण्डी च द्विजानां धारणस्तथा । षण्मुखो वै बहुमुखस्त्रिनेत्रो बहुशीर्षक:
daṇḍī chatrī ca kuṇḍī ca dvijānāṃ dhāraṇas tathā | ṣaṇmukho vai bahumukhas trinetro bahuśīrṣakaḥ ||
វាសុទេវៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ទ្រង់ទទួលសញ្ញាខាងក្រៅរបស់ព្រាហ្មណ៍—កាន់ឈើច្រត់ កាន់ឆ័ត្រ និងកាន់កមណ្ឌលុ (ប៉ាន់ទឹក)។ ពេលខ្លះទ្រង់មានមុខប្រាំមួយ ពេលខ្លះមានមុខជាច្រើន; ពេលខ្លះមានភ្នែកបី ហើយពេលខ្លះមានក្បាលជាច្រើន»។
