भीष्म उवाच शृणुष्वावहितो राजन्‌ धर्मगुह्दानि भारत । यथा हि भगवान्‌ व्यास: पुरा कथितवान्‌ मयि

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca śṛṇuṣvāvahito rājan dharma-gūḍhāni bhārata | yathā hi bhagavān vyāsaḥ purā kathitavān mayi ||

Translation

ភីស្ម បានទូលថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ! ឱ កូនចៅព្រះភរត! ចូរស្តាប់ដោយការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់។ ខ្ញុំនឹងរៀបរាប់អំពីអាថ៌កំបាំងជ្រាលជ្រៅនៃធម៌ ដូចដែលព្រះវេដវ្យាសដ៏គួរគោរព បានបង្រៀនខ្ញុំកាលពីយូរមកហើយ»។
