sarvakāmagame divye kalpāyutaśataṃ samāḥ |
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ នៅក្នុងវីមានទេវភាព ដែលអាចនាំឲ្យសម្រេចកាមនាទាំងអស់ នោះបុរសមានបុណ្យ—ភ្លឺរលោងដូចព្រះអាទិត្យដែលបានសម្អាត ដោយតេជៈវិញ្ញាណរបស់ខ្លួន—ត្រូវបានកម្សាន្តអស់រយៈពេលដ៏វែងឆ្ងាយ។ នារីទេវភាពដ៏ទន់ភ្លន់ ភ្លឺដូចព្រះអាទិត្យ តុបតែងដោយសម្លៀកបំពាក់ និងគ្រឿងអលង្ការទេវតា មានសម្រស់ល្អឥតខ្ចោះ កម្សាន្តបុរសមានបុណ្យនោះ អស់រយៈពេលរាប់សែនកល្ប៍។ អត្ថបទនេះបង្ហាញថា សេចក្តីសុខសួគ៌គឺជាផលនៃបុណ្យសន្សំ មិនមែនជាគោលដៅចុងក្រោយនៃធម៌ទេ។
