मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
अमृताशी वसंस्तत्र स वितृष्ण: प्रमोदते । देवर्षिचरितं राजन् राजर्षिभिरनुछितम्
amṛtāśī vasaṃs tatra sa vitṛṣṇaḥ pramodate | devarṣicaritaṃ rājan rājarṣibhir anūcitam, yugakalpasahasrāṇi trīṇy āvasati vai sukham |
ភីෂ្មៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ នៅទីនោះ គាត់រស់នៅដោយអាហារអម្រឹត ហើយដោយគ្មានតណ្ហា គាត់រីករាយសប្បាយ។ ព្រះរាជា! បុរសមានរូបទេវនោះ ស្តាប់ និងពិចារណាអំពីចរិតរបស់ទេវឫសី ដូចដែលរាជឫសីទាំងឡាយបានបង្រៀន; ហើយឡើងលើវិមានសួគ៌ដ៏ប្រសើរ លេងសប្បាយដោយសេចក្តីរីករាយជ្រាលជ្រៅជាមួយនារីស្រស់ស្អាតទាំងឡាយ គាត់ស្នាក់នៅទីនោះដោយសុខសាន្តអស់រយៈពេលបីពាន់យុគ និងកល្ប។ អត្ថបទនេះបញ្ជាក់ថា ការរីករាយក្នុងលោកខ្ពស់កើតពីការខ្វះតណ្ហា និងការចិញ្ចឹមគំរូដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ មិនមែនពីការចាប់យកដោយលោភលន់ឡើយ។
