पाद्यार्ष्याचमनीयैस्तं स्वागतेन च भारत । तथैव परिजग्राह वन्येन हविषा तदा,भारत! पाद्य, अर्घ्य, आचमनीय, स्वागत-भाषण तथा वन्य हविष्य आदिसे उन्होंने विश्वामित्रजीका सत्कार किया
pādyārṣyācamanaīyais taṃ svāgatena ca bhārata | tathaiva parijagrāha vanyena haviṣā tadā ||
ឱ ភារត! គាត់បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ដោយកិត្តិយសតាមទម្លាប់—ទឹកសម្រាប់លាងជើង (បាទ្យ), អរឃ្យ, ទឹកសម្រាប់ស្រង់មាត់ (អាចមនីយ), និងពាក្យស្វាគមន៍។ ដូចគ្នានោះ នៅពេលនោះគាត់ក៏គោរពបូជាដោយហាវិស្យដែលរកបានក្នុងព្រៃផងដែរ។ វគ្គនេះលើកឡើងធម៌នៃការស្វាគមន៍៖ ទោះនៅក្នុងព្រៃ ក៏គួរគោរពភ្ញៀវតាមសមត្ថភាព ដោយរក្សាកិត្តិយស ការគោរព និងធម៌។
