कर्म कुर्याद्यदि सुखं लब्ध्वा चापि प्रमोदते तस्माद् आयतनं भक्त्या यः कुर्यान् मुनिसत्तमाः
karma kuryādyadi sukhaṃ labdhvā cāpi pramodate tasmād āyatanaṃ bhaktyā yaḥ kuryān munisattamāḥ
បើមនុស្សម្នាក់ធ្វើកិច្ចការហើយទទួលបានសុខ ហើយរីករាយក្នុងសុខនោះ ដូច្នេះហើយ ឱ មុនិសត្តមៈទាំងឡាយ គួរតែបង្កើតអាយតនៈ—ទីស្ថានសក្ការៈ—សម្រាប់ព្រះអម្ចាស់ (ព្រះសិវៈ) ដោយភក្តិ។

It directs devotees to convert worldly enjoyment into sacred merit by establishing an āyatana—an abode/shrine for Shiva—thereby grounding happiness in bhakti-centered Linga worship.
Shiva is implied as Pati (the Lord) worthy of a consecrated seat; devotion to Him reorients the pashu’s (individual soul’s) karma away from mere pleasure and toward a sanctified relationship with the Lord.
A temple/shrine-making and installation impulse (āyatana-karaṇa) as a devotional act—supporting Linga-puja and aligning karma with Pashupata-oriented discipline through bhakti.
