kuryān nirviṣayaṃ rājā vāsayed ākareṣu vā

Translation

ព្រះរាជាត្រូវធ្វើឲ្យគាត់គ្មានដីធ្លី/និរទេស ឬមិនដូច្នោះទេ ឲ្យគាត់រស់នៅក្នុងអណ្តូងរ៉ែ។
