Transliteration

yaḥ samudayaṃ parihāpayati sa rājārthaṃ bhakṣayati

Translation

អ្នកណាដែលបង្កឲ្យចំណូលរដ្ឋ (samudaya) ខ្វះខាត គឺជាការបរិភោគធនធានរបស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ (មូលនិធិសាធារណៈ) ដោយពិត។
