prajñāpayato yathopaghātaṃ dāpayet

Translation

ចំពោះអ្នកដែលរាយការណ៍ គាត់គួរឲ្យបង់សំណង/សងខាត តាមកម្រិតការខូចខាត ឬការបាត់បង់ដែលបានទទួល។
