Transliteration

tad-vaiyāvṛtya-karāṇām ardha-daṇḍāḥ

Translation

សម្រាប់អ្នកដែលបម្រើជាជំនួយការ/បុគ្គលិកបន្ទាប់បន្សំឲ្យគាត់ (ក្នុងការប្រតិបត្តិការឃ្លាំងទ្រព្យនោះ) ទណ្ឌកម្មគឺពាក់កណ្តាល (នៃទណ្ឌកម្មសំខាន់)។
