Transliteration

kośādhiṣṭhitasya kośāvacchede ghātaḥ

Translation

សម្រាប់មន្ត្រីដែលទទួលបន្ទុកឃ្លាំងទ្រព្យ (កោស) ប្រសិនបើមានការខាតបង់/បន្លំយកធ្វើឲ្យឃ្លាំងទ្រព្យខ្វះខាត ទណ្ឌកម្មគឺប្រហារជីវិត។
