Translation
ដោយច្បាប់នេះ អ្វីដែលបន្តទៅក្រោយក៏ត្រូវបានពន្យល់រួចហើយ (មានន័យថា គោលការណ៍ដូចគ្នានេះអនុវត្តចំពោះបទប្បញ្ញត្តិបន្ទាប់ៗ)។
