पितरित्युपतिष्ठेत नित्यमर्थमुपस्थितं अग्ने नयेति सूक्तेन घृतहोमश् च मार्गगः

pitarityupatiṣṭheta nityamarthamupasthitaṃ agne nayeti sūktena ghṛtahomaś ca mārgagaḥ

គួរតែឈរបម្រើដោយក្តីគោរពជានិច្ច ដោយអំពាវនាវថា «O Fathers!» (បិតរៈ) ហើយរក្សាចិត្តឲ្យផ្តោតលើពិធីជានិច្ច។ ដោយសូត្រសូក្តៈដែលចាប់ផ្តើម «Agne naya…» គួរធ្វើហោមនៃឃ្រឹត (ប៊ឺរបរិសុទ្ធ); ដូច្នេះវិញ្ញាណអ្នកស្លាប់ត្រូវបាននាំទៅតាមផ្លូវត្រឹមត្រូវ។
