यः प्रसिध्यति सामान्य इत्य् असौ समयो मतः सर्वेसिद्धान्तिका येन सञ्चरन्ति निरत्ययं

yaḥ prasidhyati sāmānya ity asau samayo mataḥ sarvesiddhāntikā yena sañcaranti niratyayaṃ

អ្វីដែលបានទទួលស្គាល់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា “ទូទៅ” នោះ ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជាប្រពៃណី/កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង (សមយៈ)។ ដោយអាស្រ័យលើវា អ្នកបកស្រាយសិទ្ធាន្តទាំងអស់ ដំណើរការដោយមិនឆ្លងចេញពីផ្លូវ។
