FAQs

Ayurvedic therapeutic guidance: a formulation/adjuvant strategy using milk with trivṛt (purgative) and herbs (dāru, varṣābhū, nāgara) for suppurated swelling and abdominal-type disorders.

It shows the Agni Purana functioning as a practical compendium beyond mythology—preserving disease-specific Ayurvedic prescriptions (śotha/udara management, purgation choices, and suitable carriers like milk).

By promoting healing and relief of suffering through dharmic medical knowledge, the instruction aligns with puṇya-oriented conduct (upakāra/compassion), treating care of the body as supportive of righteous living and religious practice.
