Ayurvedic vyāyāma-vidhi: mobilize joints gently (no jerks) and perform exercise only when digestion is complete—never immediately after food or drink.
It illustrates the text’s practical Ayurveda content—daily health regimen and preventive medicine—alongside its many other domains (ritual, polity, architecture, poetics).
By supporting bodily balance and disciplined conduct, it promotes sāttvika living; caring for health through right regimen is treated as aligned with dharma and purity of practice.
