Section on the ‘Person’ who Entices Beings within the Cycle of Rebirth

क्रतुयष्टा दिवं याति चोपहारं च सुव्रत ॥ कृत्वा तु दशवर्षाणि नीरपानाद्विशिष्यते ॥

kratuyasṭā divaṃ yāti copahāraṃ ca suvrata | kṛtvā tu daśavarṣāṇi nīrapānād viśiṣyate ||

祭祀(yajña)を修した者は天に至り、供物もまた得る、善き誓いの者よ。だが、ただ水のみを飲む行は、十年にわたり実践すれば、最も勝れていると言われる。
