raibhya uvāca | ayodhyāyāmasti tīrthaṃ pāvanaṃ paramaṃ mahat | tatra snānaṃ kuruṣvādya sauṃdaryaṃ paramāpnuhi
Raibhya (sage)
Purāṇic dharma emphasizes that sacred places, approached with faith and timely action, can restore auspiciousness and remove afflictions.
A “supremely great purifying tīrtha” in Ayodhyā is praised; its water’s fame is linked with Urvāśī in the next verse.
Perform snāna (ritual bathing) at the Ayodhyā tīrtha, explicitly instructed to be done ‘today’ (adya).
