Transliteration

tasmātsarvaprayatnena samyakchraddhāsamanvitaḥ | pūjayettaṃ mahādevaṃ kapālinamanāmayam

Translation

ゆえに、あらゆる努めを尽くし、正しき信（シュラッダー）を具えて、そのマハーデーヴァ—カパーリン、苦悩と病を払う御方—を礼拝すべきである。
