Tirtha: Saṃnihitī-tīrtha
Type: kund
Listener: Mahādevī (explicitly addressed)
Scene: A procession of Yādavas, led by Balarāma (Rāma) and Sāmba, enters Saṃnihitī and bathes while the sun is eclipsed—sky dimmed, ritual urgency and sanctity heightened.
Parvan times (like eclipses) are transformed from fear into purification through disciplined tīrtha practice.
Saṃnihitī/Sāṃnihita tīrtha within Prabhāsakṣetra, where the eclipse-time bath is performed.
Snāna at the tīrtha specifically during the eclipse (Rāhu-grasta divākara).
