तस्याद्भुतं तपो दृष्ट्वा तुष्टोऽहं तस्य सुन्दरि । वरं वृणीष्वेति मया स च प्रोक्तो निशाकरः
tasyādbhutaṃ tapo dṛṣṭvā tuṣṭo'haṃ tasya sundari | varaṃ vṛṇīṣveti mayā sa ca prokto niśākaraḥ
その驚くべき苦行を見て、ああ麗しき者よ、我は彼を喜んだ。「願いの恩寵を選べ」と我は告げ、かくしてニシャーカラ（月神）に語りかけた。
