Transliteration

vidhinā kena dṛśyosau yātrā kāryā kathaṃ nṛbhiḥ | kasminkāle mahādeva niyamāścaiva kīdṛśāḥ

Translation

いかなる作法によって、かの御方を参詣し拝観すべきでしょうか。人々はいかにしてヤートラー（巡礼）を行うべきでしょうか。大自在天よ、いつの時に、またいかなるニヤマ（戒め・行法）を守るべきでしょうか。
