Transliteration

sarvatra devayātrāyāṃ vidhireṣa pravarttate | tīrthamabhyuddharejjīrṇaṃ mārjayetkathayetphalam

Translation

あらゆる神々への巡礼と神輿の行列において、この規則が行われる。すなわち、古びたティールタ（聖なる渡り場）を修復し、清め、その功徳の果を告げ知らせるべきである。
