ब्राह्मण उवाच । यदि देवाः प्रसन्ना मे कूपान्निष्कमणे त्वहम् । यष्टा स्वं मंदिरं गत्वा देवयज्ञं करोम्यहम्

Transliteration

brāhmaṇa uvāca | yadi devāḥ prasannā me kūpānniṣkamaṇe tvaham | yaṣṭā svaṃ maṃdiraṃ gatvā devayajñaṃ karomyaham

Translation

婆羅門は言った。「もし神々が我に満悦されるなら、この井戸より出ることができますように。わが家に帰り、しかるべくデーヴァ・ヤジュニャ（神々への供犠）を修めましょう。」
