Transliteration

mayā ca tapasogreṇa prāptaṃ liṃgamumāpateḥ | tatpratiṣṭhāvidhiṃ sarvaṃ tadbhavānkarttumarhati

Translation

「また、激しい苦行によって、ウマーパティ（シヴァ）のリンガを得ました。その安置（開眼・灌頂）に関わる一切の作法を、どうかあなたが執り行ってください。」
