Narrator (Purāṇic narrator within Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya context)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (Śiva-mandira)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (Pārvatī)
Scene: The sage, after completing prescribed worship, moves to the southern side of the shrine, sits in padmāsana, and becomes motionless in deep meditation before the liṅga.
Right worship (vidhi) naturally culminates in inward absorption (dhyāna), showing the Purāṇic harmony of ritual and meditation.
Prabhāsakṣetra (Prabhāsa), presented as a Śaiva sacred landscape where worship and contemplation bear extraordinary fruit.
Pūjā “according to proper procedure” (vidhānena), followed by adopting padmāsana for sustained meditation.
