Transliteration

jyotsnābhirbhagavānsomo jagato hitakāmyayā | tatastasmai dadau rājyaṃ brahmā brahmavidāṃ varaḥ

Translation

福徳なる主ソーマは、月光の光芒をもって、世を益せんとの願いにより、被造の安寧のために働いた。ゆえにブラフマー—ブラフマンを知る者の中の最勝—は彼に王権を授けた。
