ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि तस्य दक्षिणतः स्थितम् । सरस्वत्यास्तटे रम्ये देवं तत्र कृतस्मरम्
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi tasya dakṣiṇataḥ sthitam | sarasvatyāstaṭe ramye devaṃ tatra kṛtasmaram
イーシュヴァラは言った。「それから、大女神よ、その南に位置する場所へ赴くがよい。麗しきサラスヴァティー河の岸辺に、クリタスマラデーヴァと名づけられた神がまします。」
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Kṛtasmaradeva (Sarasvatī-taṭa)
Type: ghat
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī)
Scene: Śiva points southward while speaking to Pārvatī; a pilgrim path leads to a serene Sarasvatī riverbank with a small shrine labeled Kṛtasmaradeva, trees and birds, and gentle water suggesting hidden/holy flow.
Pilgrimage is mapped as a sacred journey: moving from tīrtha to tīrtha with awareness of the deity’s presence brings dharmic merit.
A Sarasvatī riverbank site in Prabhāsakṣetra associated with Kṛtasmaradeva.
A pilgrimage instruction: “one should go” (gacchet) to the specified southern location on the Sarasvatī’s bank.
