देव्युवाच । अद्य मे सफलं जन्म सफलं च तपः प्रभो । देवत्वमद्य मे जातं त्वत्प्रसादेन शंकर
devyuvāca | adya me saphalaṃ janma saphalaṃ ca tapaḥ prabho | devatvamadya me jātaṃ tvatprasādena śaṃkara
女神は言った。「今日、わたしの生は実り、わたしの苦行（タパス）もまた実を結びました、主よ。今日、あなたの恩寵によって、シャンカラよ、わたしは神性の成就を得ました。」
