Transliteration

mukhe paryuṣite nityaṃ bhavatyaprayato dvijaḥ | tasmācchuṣkamathārdraṃ vā bhakṣayeddaṃtadhāvanam

Translation

口に宿り残りが常に残って不浄であるなら、二度生まれの者は清浄において怠慢と見なされる。ゆえに歯を洗う木枝を、乾いていても湿っていても用いて清めるべきである。
