ब्राह्मणा ऊचुः । वृद्धिकामाश्च पितरो वरदास्तव राघव । दर्शनं हि प्रयच्छंति स्वप्नान्ते हि स्ववंशजे

Transliteration

brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ | vṛddhikāmāśca pitaro varadāstava rāghava | darśanaṃ hi prayacchaṃti svapnānte hi svavaṃśaje

Translation

バラモンたちは言った。「おおラाघヴァよ、汝のピトリ（祖霊）は、汝の家系の安寧と繁栄を願い、また恩寵を授ける者である。まことに彼らは、夢の終わりに姿を現し、自らの血統に生まれた者にその拝見を与えるのだ。」
